Coronavirus (COVID-19) Notice

How New IT Limited is responding to the novel coronavirus and what it means for our customers.

Service during Coronavirus

We are operational today and continuing to take orders online. Any service changes are detailed below:

Changes to New IT's physical shop

Our physical shop is temporarily closed because of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Changes to delivery

All guaranteed deliveries before 10am have been temporarily suspended. This is due to our carriers removing these services.

Our next day service is still operational. However, our carriers have suspended their service guarantees and advised us that they will seek “all reasonable endeavours” to maintain service levels.

With events relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) changing daily, we are continuing to monitor the global developments regarding the outbreak and taking necessary steps in line with the World Health Organisation and government.

We have three clear objectives:

  • To protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers, suppliers and communities;
  • To protect the delivery of services to our customers;
  • To support our customers to adapt to the changing circumstances.

We are continually reviewing our existing Business Continuity Plans to take account of the developing circumstances.
