Hi,

 Any good guide to install Ubuntu 9.04 or 10.04 in a SD for Guruplug?

This isn't a guide, but it is a discussion of several issues that you would have to deal with on the way:

Also, you won't be installing Ubuntu 10.04 this way (no processor support). Ubuntu 0.04, or Debian are just 2 possibilities.
