Hi,

I installed debian and I not able to get access the console. Below are the messages I get it whenever I try to access it. I am able to access the plug using the ssh. Are there any settings, I need to change in order to get the access to the console. I did look into the /etc/inittab and everything seems to be normal.

Regards,
Raj

ssh in and execute:

Code:
mknod -m 660 /dev/ttyS0 c 4 64

The console session should open up immediately
