Hello All

The scenario - PC is a Windows 7 Prof (64) based system. I have a Sheevaplug with Meteoplug preinstalled. The Sheevaplug is connected to my network and it is also connected a Oregon Scientific 928 weather station via a Serial to USB lead. Data is being posted to the internet ok, so is fully functional. Here is the issue. On the PC is a piece of software called VWS (Virtual Weather Station) which is no longer functional as it can't find the data file which is on the Sheevaplug/SD card. Although I can see the Meteoplug listed under network resources, I cannot access it as it's asking for a password which I don't know and I need this access in order to point the software at the stored data on the Sheevaplug/SDC/Meteoplug. Has anyone an answer or any ideas please.

Regards

Richard

Yes, I had tried that one as well! In the control panel under hardware devices, the Sheevaplug shows that there are no drivers installed and you cannot seem to install any either. Cry

Richard -

There are 2 challenges on a Meteohub system.

The first is when you connect via a serial connection (which you cannot); root / meteohub

The second is the username / password on the web interface, which is meteohub / meteohub.

If neither of these is the solution to your problem, please explain further, in particular this bit:
