Hi,

I've recently received my esheeva plug.

I've tweaked the boot to support the multiboot (SD & NAND).

The SD boot works fine but not anymore the NAND.

For some unknown reasons the NAND get stuck at 'done booting the kernel'. See below:

Code:

NAND read: device 0 offset 0x100000, size 0x400000

Reading data from 0x4ff800 -- 100% complete.
 4194304 bytes read: OK
## Booting image at 00800000 ...
   Image Name:   Linux-2.6.22.18
   Created:      2009-03-19   9:18:16 UTC
Image Type:   ARM Linux Kernel Image (uncompressed)
   Data Size:    2106696 Bytes =  2 MB
   Load Address: 00008000
   Entry Point:  00008000
   Verifying Checksum ... OK
OK

Starting kernel ...

Uncompressing Linux... done, booting the kernel.

Here is the output of printenv

Code:

I've Xchecked my bootargs and bootcmd. It is exactly as they were originally.

Thanks for your support.

For ex-factory NAND boot you need mainlineLinux=no, and no arcNumber.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply.

what do you mean by ex-factory ?

My goal is to dualboot with the SD as a priority.

How do you remove/delete the arcNumber ?

Bye

By ex-factory, I mean the original Sheevaplug with no customisations in either hardware or software.

Code:
setenv arcNumber
