Should I use apt-get upgrade or apt-get dist-upgrade on my Ubuntu Jaunty sheevaplug?

I'm confused. Isn't Jaunty a LTS version so 'upgrade' will keep it at this level? Whereas I see on here that apt-get dist-upgrade is recommended. Doesn't this upgrade to the latest version?

Cheers,

The version of Ubuntu that is installed on the Sheevaplug is the final version to be provided for the ARM architecture. Do NOT attempt dist-upgrade.

Thanks for that Marcus,

Luckily I have only ever used apt-get upgrade. Though there doesn't appear to be any updates lately...
