If you have a question or problem that relates to booting your plug computer, please:
- Search the forum to see if your question has already been answered
- State the model / configuration of your plug (ie original Sheevaplug, multi-boot version / eSATA plug, ex-factory version)
- If it is relevant (and it usually is, for booting-related questions), copy and paste your U-Boot environment variables into your post
- Provide clear information about the steps you have taken up to the point where you are seeking help
- Be as clear as possible about what you are trying to achieve
- Try to keep the goalposts from moving. Focus on one problem at a time. Big problems are manageable when they are broken down into small problems, so try not to confuse the issue by looking ahead to problems or hurdles that don't yet exist.
