Hi

This is my first post on this forum.

I have managed to set up the SeevaPlug to my requirements and everything is running well.

However, I am slightly concerned with the number of these messages when the Plug Boots.

The message is of the form:

Bad eraseblock 281 at ...........  Huh

There are 7 of these 'Bad eraseblocks'. I know this refers to Nand memory.

As I said the plug performs well. Should I be concerned? Is this a sign of a future problem.

Regards

Most plugs have about 4 bad blocks. Some fewer, many have more. The highest number we've seen was around 15, but it's all "normal", and I read somewhere that marvell class anything up to 100 (IIRC) as acceptable.
