RS-232 doesn't work

Hi!
I have got an Oper-RD Ultimate.
I attempt to connect my PC to External RS-232 port and it doesn't work.
The cable appropriate.
All patches were applied.
SD is disabled.
Test UART 2 is not completed too...
Please, see attached picture...
What should i do to make it work?

Problem solved....
See pinout chart..
OpenRD has DB9 MALE connector (commonly DTE) with DCE pinout !!!
