Why not also stock 
- SD-HC Card Readers (makes it easier to the customer to add these among the SD cards + should they not have one that supports HC cards they can add one to the cart)
- A few 2.5 USB Powered HDDs
- 4x & 8x - Port USB Hubs (powered and un-powerd)
- USB 2.0 to VGA / HDMI Adapters

A cheap and cheerful UPS (uninterrupted power supply) that will keep the Dreamplug, an external hard drive and a printer going for a couple of hours if there is a power cut.

I suppose it would not be too hard to write a script that detects that UPS is running out of steam and shuts the plug down to prevent corrupting the FS.
