The IP camera video --> http://10.0.0.101/video.cgi  , It's fine  (the IP CAM(10.0.0.101) & ZM(10.0.0.21) are in the same Domain)

I try to stop and restart my ZM But it still working except that it captures the picture every 15 seconds.

When I use the Google Browser :

The zoneminder is working except that it captures the picture every 15 seconds.

But, when I use the Firefox Browser:

It's working fine !!
